Whether you're seeking to deepen your self-awareness, enhance your interpersonal skills, or understand the science of attachment, this workshop blends theory with practice to transform how you relate to others. In six days, over the course of three weeks, participants will explore attachment styles, emotional intelligence, communication patterns, conflict resolution, and intimacy-building techniques.
