Meet Adrita - a curious mind with a strategic edge, leading growth and partnerships at Mindwizz. With a background in international business and a track record of scaling digital products and social impact initiatives, she’s passionate about building things that matter—especially when they create access, empowerment, and real change.

Adrita has a dynamic experience, spearheading growth at leading fintech platform, leading nationwide acquisition campaigns, and co-authoring award-winning research on technology inclusion for small businesses. She has previously worked in British American Tobacco, TallyKhata and other notable organizations. She now brings that same energy and insight to the world of mental health—crafting strategies that make support more inclusive, relevant, and human.

Equal parts planner and people-person, she believes growth isn’t just about numbers—it’s about purpose.

Shabib Md. Shadakatul Baree is an aspiring Japanologist and a purpose-driven young professional with experience in mental health support, human development, and communication leadership. Guided by the belief that “Empathy is seeing with the eyes of another,” he empowers youth, leads mental health dialogues, and fosters inclusive spaces. With a background in volunteer coordination and training, Shabib blends emotional insight with structural clarity. Currently studying social sciences, he envisions a future where mental health is a right, not a privilege and where empathy is embraced not as weakness, but as wisdom.

Syeda Samia is a Media Studies and Journalism graduate from ULAB, majoring in Public Relations and Development Communication. Passionate about development work, she has gained experience in several NGOs and agencies. Her hobbies include cooking, singing, crafting, and gardening. A trained Nazrul Geeti singer from Chhayanaut, Syeda blends creativity with compassion. Her dream is to contribute meaningfully to the development sector and bring positive change to people’s lives.

Dr. Syeda Rifat Mahmud

Curator of Compassion & Clinical Insight – Care for Caregivers, Mindwizz


Dr. Syeda Rifat Mahmud is a physician and Senior Medical Officer at the Coronary Care Unit of Popular Medical College & Hospital. With clinical experience from Dhaka Medical College and Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital, she’s currently pursuing FCPS (Part II) in Neurology, blending medical expertise with a deep interest in the emotional and neurobiological aspects of care.

A passionate advocate for compassionate healthcare, Dr. Rifat has led talks on the neurobiology of depression, anxiety, and stress. As Curator of Compassion & Clinical Insight for the Care for Caregivers initiative, she ensures the project remains rooted in empathy and evidence.

Beyond medicine, she’s a seasoned public health volunteer and the founder of a photography project exploring human connection. Her work centers on one belief: that healing begins with truly seeing the caregiver behind the care.

I Lamia Azom, pursuing my BSc of psychology at University of Dhaka.

I am a passionate psychology student with a strong interest in mental health awareness, emotional well-being, and community support. Currently pursuing my academic journey in psychology, I am dedicated to understanding human behavior and promoting positive mental health practices.

Alongside my studies, I serve as a helpline associate role (The purpleline) where I provide empathetic listening, emotional support, and crisis response to individuals in need. This role has deepened my skills in active listening, communication, and compassionate care, and has strengthened my commitment to making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

I believe in creating safe, inclusive spaces where mental health is prioritized and stigma is challenged.
